K-feldspar is in fact Barbells Lifted. It's kinda misleading.
"Total" is actually number of lifts for which percentages are listed.
"Barbells Lifted" is the total of ALL reps done in the workout.

I'm not getting it tbh always thought Barbells Lifted refers to Prilepin table, and is supposed to be calculated for each movement separately. Adding it all up doesn't make sense to me.

Why am I still 55kg heavy after 3 months of SS? Only 5kg gained, my DL max is 90kg.

Because that's all you eight for. That's not a bad rate of weight gain though, just keep eating and keep your volume high.

This is the connection I find between someone's personality and their favorite lifts:

Squats: Has been through some shit, tries to re-gain confidence, and seems to be doing so.
Deadlifts: Alpha personality, but a little vain.
Bench: Wants to be the deadlifter, but can't.
OHP: Patrician and sophisticated intellectual. I tip my fedora to them.

About 7/10. Had an appointment with the sports physio today and was told that both my golfer's elbow and shoulder issues are steadily getting better, quite quickly for the elbow even. I idealistic and jolly when I was like 12-14 and younger, but also somewhat eccentric, so I got the shit bullied out of me and became a pessimistic shut in, then in my late teens and early 20s I became a tense overcompensating loudmouth to prevent anyone from trying to hurt me, then I eased up a little, but I'm pretty sure I went through a 2-3 year long depressive episode. Now I just give less and less fucks about everything and slowly reclaim myself.
I'm still an unmotivated underachiever and don't expect much from people, but at least I'm starting to be happy with myself.

the key point to meditation is not actively thinking about things, nor is it trying to forget/lose yourself (laughed when I read this btw), it is just to focus on the present moment. Really. That's all there is to it. Focusing on the present moment.

Thoughts allude us either towards the future or the past, rarely do they bring focus towards the present now.

If this is your first time meditating, there is no need to feel overwhelmed/scared. There are no spookies coming out to get you

Ok basically I have super tight hamstrings, only just started stretching, can touch toes with straight legs but not without extreme lumber, I can't do good mornings at all, SLDL were ok but my lower back was constantly taking the load.

All of this has built up and my lower back is constantly in slight pain after working out or bending over, especially after deadlifts as I've learnt my hamstring immobility shifts the weight to lower back.

I go to an actual gym so I don't have the ability to tie a band around the power cage and spread my legs for the world to see, but could you recommend me stretches / mobility tips / limbering / rehab advice?

It's not bad now, but building up. I am stretching my hamstrings but am still far from my goal.

tbh the band work has been the best thing ive done, you can get an unrivalled hip flexor/psoas stretch

pic related is the best hamstring stretch ive ever done

loosening everything around the lowerback takes a lot of stress off it, doing these things suspended on a band decompresses the spine and allows you to work things without engaging it

id recommend doing planks and glute bridges at home, work up to 60 seconds each alternating, this will have some postural benefits

sorry if this is a silly question but i tried asking in the qtddtot earlier and i was just greentexted for still deadlifting in 2015

im steadily dling more but as i reach heavier weights i do one rep, have to stop to breathe and readjust and then keep going. is this normal progression or should i lower the weight so i can do a full 5 reps without stopping?

tbh lad I bought these. They didn't have the green ones (between blue and black), but the green is probably the most used one for stretches.
The smaller ones can be handy for shoulder stuff tho.

These were the cheapest I found and ended up somewhere around 800-1100 NOK (can't remember the exchange rate at the time, which was the Summer).
I just bought them all, because I figured they would all come in handy some time.
The black one is probably overkill unless you plan on doing inversion stuff.
Greens and blues can be used for distractions and lower body stretches. Also for banded presses/pulls.
The purple/red, and to some extent the blue, is suited for shoulder and arm stuff, and also glute med/external rotation warmup for squats. Can also be used for banded presses/pulls. I think they're too weak for distraction stuff.
The smallest is primarily for shoulders. It's pretty weak.
This is primarily from my own limited experience with these.

If you are from the UK, you might want to ask garagebro when he comes around.

But I do end up soaking my clothes in sweat for 9 hours a day - so maybe not.

In Norway it's recommended a maximum 5g intake during the day, tho it's noted that natrium loss is higher if you sweat a lot. Still, 4x that amount from energy drink alone, and you get salt from most of the food you consume as well...
I don't know lad, but 20g in that jug seems excessive imho. Then again I'm no nutritionist.

There's a difference between sports drinks and regular water when the sessions last more than one hour - sports drinks are better for longer sessions.
Here are some guidelines for the drink. Experiment a bit with the amount, timing, etc.
>up to 2% of BW in water pre- and intraworkout
>5-7 dl per hour of training
>4-7% of the water should be sugar/similar (fructose or whatever, maltodextrose, whatev) if the session lasts more than one hour
>40-60g carbs in a liter per hour (during training) is sufficient even if you're carb depleted
>best to drink 1-1.5 dl every 10-15 minutes
>cold climate: increase carbs a bit
>warm climate: increase carbs and salt a bit
This is for endurance sports, but it's probably not a huge difference to a high density lifting session.
They don't give any guidelines for the amount of salt, so experiment a bit here as well.
