way to slender legs for squats.
if anything hip thrusts, but that ass is so small, i am guessing it's just genetic.
but hip thrusts engage absurdly high amounts of glute fibers compared to squats (any squat, atg/parallel/front/back/highbar/lowbar/overhead), and they don't engage your hamstrings and quads nearly as much.
if you want slender legs and a booty-butt, hip thrusts, glute bridges, cable kickbacks, reverse leg press (if you can find a machine for it - its essentially a weighted donkey kick).
basically anything that allows you to have your knees flexed to 90 degrees at full extension, and your hips either at 0 degrees, or slightly hyperextended.
squats are the worst booty-builder for men that want to look feminine.
they give you thick legs, which makes your posterior looks masculine AF (think baseball player booty)
