They are two different types of exercise, and I really pity anyone who thinks they get a better bicep workout using a compound over an isolated exercise.
Compounds are used together with isolates to get balanced muscle growth. They work together just as the machine gun and sniper rifle work together in a war.
This obsession some people have with compounds is ridiculous. It's just a trend that needs to be deadlifted back to where ever it came from.
