Hey fit, i have been doing crunches for a long time but i seem to get no noticeable improvement on my gut region.
I have gotten those abdominal muscles stronger, sure, but the thing is it keeps protruding. No i'm not fat, yes i have slight lordosis - this thing though looks like i don't train at all and really brings the whole body impression down

What do?
