I need your help for choosing a fiber supplement.

High-proton fiber has made my shit shitty. You all know what I'm talking about. But I think it has also given me hemorrhoids. My anus looks all weird, but doesn't hurt, so I'm not sure it really is a hemorrhoid. Anyway, I think all that liquid shit has taken a toll on my asshole.

Wikipedia says a high-fiber diet should help. Plus fiber will make me lay nice no-wipe logs. So I've looked at what kind of fiber MyProtein has to offer and I'm lost:

>apple fiber
>flax seed powder
>oatbran
>inulin
>whole psyllium husks

What would you chose? I've heard good things about psyllium, but what bothers me is that it's not in powder form so it might be a hassle.

And there's soluble and insoluble fiber. Which one is better?

Please help me, I'm lost...
