Cardio kills gains

Hey fit I'm coming up on 2 1/2 months of working out and while every thing else seems to be growing proportionally my shoulders, specifically my front and rear heads seem to be lagging
I box for 30 minutes every shoulders day
Should I continue doing that? I know some of you are very anti cardio and I want to know if this could be what's holding me back.
