hey /fit/

so i was thinking about getting into fitness, and working on my body, but i have no idea how to do exercises properly, nor which one to start with. my wrists are kind of bad, when i do like push ups they start to hurt super bad, taking that into consideration, any tips on how to start and a routine? in the local gym there are a few basic things, bench, pic related, weights, etc, simply things. can somebody coach me in on this?
