I've become demoralized.

I've suffered Depression for the great half of my life. I'm much more acquainted with living life through depressive episodes than I am without.

There is just no point to having any sort of serious fitness goals. They are long-term efforts that need to be sustained with consistency and diligence.

I can't fucking do that. I always fall of the fucking wagon and sabotage myself. What's the point of trying? I've been going on-and-off to the gym for 5 years. The only reason why I don't have any gains is because of the "on-and-off" part.


There is no point in trying anymore.
