Hey /fit/ noob here... So I don't want to go to a gym. I just prefer to exercise alone.

I don't want to have a body like a Spartan.

My goal is just to have a moderately muscular upper body, I don't care much about legs.

What's the simplest way to achieve this with some home fitness equipment?

Is a "door gym" a good idea, like pic. related + a good diet, would that bring some results?
