First time on fit and I read the sticky got to the part about starvation and realized it's a load of shit

for one your body's metabolism will not slow if you don't eat anything, you will continue to burn what your body burns no matter how much you don't eat, and people tend to gain weight after a starvation cause they don't eat what there new body requires in calories.

another bullshit statement is your body will start using muscle if you are starving yourself, fat has 3500 calories per pound while muscle has 500 why use muscle when you have all that calories in fat to use. this is not saying starving is good but the sticky is full of shit on it's details
