So basically I love peanuts, but for some reason very rarely have them, maybe twice a year.
I thought I might treat myself to a pack yesterday, and ended up seeing some jumbo economy bag of 500g dry roasted.
Came home, pour a few out, started to nibble, and before I knew it I had eaten the whole bag that day, and literally nothing else.
500g of dry roasted peanuts, 3,000 Kcal, 220g of fat and 150g of brotein.
Today, I've lost 2inches (maybe 3) off my wasitline, I have zero bloating, and It feels as though my body fat percentage has dropped a little, though I'm probably just imagining that.
What on earth happened?
