I'm 32 yrs old 225lbs 32%bf fatass. I've lost over 40 lbs over the last few months but have plenty to go before I bulk. Do cardio every day in the morning, and basically SS every other day after work. Take multiple spoonfuls of coconut oil a day, handfuls of almonds/walnuts, vitamin D3 and zinc before bed every night. But have no sex drive, depressed, moody, just feel like shit most of the time. Went to the doc to get my test levels checked and here were the results:
