start with one meal

and make a week in advance

>oats (steel cut best)>greek yogurt (vanilla flavoring, no/low sugar)>milk (i like almond milk, vanilla flavor, no sugar)>chia seeds>blueberries>raspberries (or any fruit really, bananas, etc.)you can bulk buy oats/yogurt/chia
fruit you'll need fresh: blueberries/bananas are pretty cheap
get some 16oz mason jars of amazon (need at least 5-7)
get some plastic lids

>add 6-7oz of oats >add chia seeds>add milk (maybe up to 8-9oz line)>mix/shake/stir w/e>add fruit>add yogurt>shake again>put in fridgethat's breakfast for the week

(if you just use blueberries, they'll prob last 2 weeks)
do that for a few weeks, then try replacing other meals, reducing snacks, etc.
