I don't want to gain weight. I'm 5'11 174 trying to maintain but being on a college campus, free high cal food has been tossed at me from every direction.

My TDEE is about 2200 from the calculators I've used. I've been shoveling down about 2600-700 kcal per day for the past couple of weeks

Weird thing is, I've stayed 174 and even went down to 173 the whole time. Back when I was cutting, just eating 200 over my tdee would shoot me up a lb in terms of water weight, but currently my weight is just static

I'm fairly sedentary, I just drive/skateboard to my classes and work as a cook on the weekends

What's happening here? How much fat do I have to gain before it translates on the scale?
