It's one of the few things I could control in my life and it's always helped.
Being strong having lots of endurance and liking myself keeps the black dog away.
Plus, being able to keep up with my little nephew is great.

I'm afraid I don't have some grand reason like protecting others or to win some great contest.
Besides you don't need to be super strong or any of that to stand up for other people or take care of them. Just have a strong heart.

Life is a blur. A work day can take 1000 hours, and months can pass by in minutes. It is strange, and very uncomfortable.
But in the past 6 weeks, my bench went from 205 to 250
not even kidding. Progression is what lets me know im alive

Because all my friends are getting fat and are in relationships. I haven't been able to keep a girl even when I gave it everything I had. Now getting to my goal body is all I have left.
