It's like normal yogurt but made with ~2.5 times the milk per volume, and so more protein. 17-22g of protein per cup is pretty normal

Well all the yogurt where I shop is in packets of small, individual containers and it's all flavored except the greek yogurt, which comes unflavored and in tubs. I don't want to spend 18 bucks on a box of 12 8oz cups of peach flavored when i can buy two 64oz tubs of unflavored for like 10 bucks.

Unflavoured is the best.
I fucking love unflavoured 0% fage, skyrr, or even low fat unflavoured quark.

I eat 1000-1500g of a variation of these everyday. Occasionally add honey or peanut butter if I feel like it but otherwise just rip the lid off and go at it.
