>>34726085This. Genetics obviously do make some people look older than others, but looking after your skin, staying hydrated, and eating enough fruit and veg is the non-surgical fountain of youth. Also meditation as a method of decreasing cortisol levels. Personally, increased stress = bad skin.
I'm 26 and have a full beard, the other day I was denied entry to a casino because I look <25, and most people think I'm 21/22 at most. I hated looking young sub-20 (hence beard), now it's awesome.
