In this pic I was only 142lbs but over the Summer I gained a lot of weight back. The first time I cut I did 1hr+ of walking about 4 or so miles a day with my dog, working in retail where I'm always walking between the till and around the store, and I ate 2.5-2.4k a day and lost like 2lb a week
This time I'm losing quite fast too eating 1900 cals a day without the long walks but I don't seem to be losing strength, I'm dropping to 1800 for the hell of it so just wondered if my protein intake was fine
>>34726262Is the whole eggs being bad for you just a meme? Recently started eating 6 a day and I feel like it's too much. I'm not doing much cardio at all so I eat like 1.8-1.9k a day so I need to get as much fat and protein in as possible and fill the rest with carbs
