I never did "exercise" in the way you guys do, in the sense of gym or goal-type stuff. When I was younger I was an ice skater and rollerskater/rolelrblader... Then I did ballet (not competitively) and would always run around town (not actual running) or bike for hours on end out of sheer boredom or errands... (Would walk around like 5-6 hours sometimes, bike for 3-4 hours on end, go to the park and do cool gymnastic stuff, or stay at home and practice walking on my handstands..)
So I was pretty active but never thought about it.
NOW, I bought a stupid car, so I don't walk anywhere, moved to an area that is "dangerous" to move about in, and am basically confined to my computer and room that I'm living at. (work from home, must sit in front of the pc for hours, no area to handstand) My bike is elsewhere because it doesn't fit, although I really have nowhere to bike to as everything is rather sketch around here. Also the places worth walking to is like the shit megastore like wal-mart and I have no reason to go there, it's also a shit walk. Like, 15 min tops.
I used to be super qt3.14 with what seemed like no effort.. I never ate alot but I ate and never thought about what to eat, if I was getting fat (not fitting perfectly in skirt) I would just stop eating for a few days or a week to fit into my hotgrl outfits.
WHAT DO I DO NOWWWWW
Also, I can't cook a lot- I can cook maybe once a day, no oven, just stovetop and can't make a lot.
What can I do to go back to qt stats?
I'm 26, 5'5 probably some fucking bullshit 140 lbs now which is bullshit cuz I'm usually 116>>when I'm comfortably fat. I used to be a 2 in american sizes, now a fucking whale at size 8 or some shit.
Also, I've lost A TON of muscle, which I never noticed was there but now that it's gone, I definitely notice. My legs are skinny and shitty now, my boobs seem less perky and my arms seem like they have skin with no muscle to hold on to...
