Ok, I woke up at midnight very, stressful couple of days watching kids and family going through stressful shit and I had to take over a lot of responsibilities. Basically I woke up. Ate 10 corn chips with salsa. Then had soup with rice and chicken and potatoes. Then I had some almond milk. And now gonna finish with raspberry a and blueberrys. Didn't even touch Pepsi or other junk food. Haven't had sugars other than fruit. Pretty modest but I'm full.
