I could do with some advice m8's. I'm in good physical condition, training cardio and body weights 3 times a week, some running and competitions.
But my flexibility is poor, i can barely touch my toes. I stretch after working out but I think i need to stretch on a daily basis? Can i do stretches from cold? i won't be able to warm up or put on gym clothes, I don't want to damage myself or put myself out of action.
