Internal motivation is the key to everything. Your drive to reach your goals will be much stronger and you will be way more confident with yourself.

If your motivation depends on some external source like a movie character you will never develop true passion.
Also every human has different genetics and will therefore look different. You will never look like your movie idol so stop caring about it and be yourself instead.

This is simplistic thinking. Internal motivation can germinate from outside sources. There's always something that inspires in one way or another. Anything that gets you set a goal, exercise and live a healthier lifestyle is positive motivation and those using it shouldn't be looked down on by pretentious fucks doing the same thing they are, just started for a different reason.
