New program following recovery from S1 Patella Tendonopathy. Yes, I will be wearing a brace as a precaution for the first month (though symptoms are gone).

Lifting Mon/Wed/Fri
Cardio Tues/Thurs/Sat
Rest Sunday

No microplates at gym, so just increasing volume on OHP.
Bench is weak af, should I up the volume?
