Hey /fit/ how do I create willpower and stop being a lazy fuck? My parents have always coddled me and I'm at least 9 kilograms overweight (I've lost a lot in the last three years though).

But everything I do just seems to fail, I feel like a weak bitch. I start exercising, I quit in two days, I start dieting, the same thing...My family is also pretty overweight so there is unhealthy food and drinks in the house ALL THE TIME and I just can't resist temptation...

I'm a weak bitch and I need to man up, does anyone have tips? ;_;
