>>34728676Yes, converting protein into glucose (or alcohol into glucose, fat to glucose, glucose to fat) requires energy overhead.
High protein diets are good, yes, if you ate enough calories to build muscle on a natty diet (no cereal, hot dogs, soda...), you would consume 200-300g protein easily. Off-hand, tomatoes are 14% protein by energy. 3000 kcal tomato = 420 kcal protein = 105 g protein (or ~120 if 3.2 kcal/g was used). Nobody thinks of tomatoes as a high protein food, but it implies the body had adapted to a diet of approx. 30% protein.
The body partitions natty food very well, the max 30 g protein/meal is a myth. But, this is about whether our enhanced AAS are actually absorbed.
>>34728665Fish oil is the clinical reference for reducing triglycerides. Mucana pruriens ie. legal parkinson's drug. Arginine is used clinically to test GH secretion (a secretagogue). You can legally absorb DHEA through your scrotum, inject yohimbine. Thousands of legal research chemicals like kisspeptin or decorin peptides but good luck acquiring that.
The only shit there is little effective legal alternative for is sleep medication but your point is valid, Test-E beats whey protein shakes and creatine any day, Cialis beats Horny Goat Weed (no contest), etc.
Now I'm late for teaching hot girls to use Python to process DNA. Women can't code for shit, don't let anyone tell you different.
