A-B-C-REST-A-B-C then repeat

Warm up
>dynamic stretches
>50 push ups
>plank till failure (min 1:30)
>2 minute jog

A (legs focus)
>500 metre run uphill
>500 metres sprint flat
>50 Deadlifts with 20kg barbell
>200 squats body weight
>Bench Press (16kg)
>30 calf raises
>50 leg raises
>50 triangle push ups

B (ab focus)
>500 metre run uphill
>500 metres sprint flat
>30 Deadlifts with 20kg barbell
>100 squats (body weight)
>30 bench press
>50 crunches
>50 leg raises
>50 triangle push ups

C (Arms focus)
>500 metre run uphill
>500 metres sprint flat
>30 Deadlifts with 20kg barbell
>100 squats (body weight)
>50 bench press
>30 leg raises
>100 curls
>50 triangle push ups

Any adivce? I'm 1 month into lifting so I'm still a DYEL.
