This is a question on developing the chest with a shoulder injury. I got a grade 2 shoulder separation 4 months ago and still can't bench press more than 32.5kg. I am a small guy, I was only pressing 60kg before my injury, but I was making progress. All other lifts, including shoulder press, don't bother me. Any suggestions of developing a bigger chest with this injury?
