Hey /fit/,

I'm a DYEL, i only ever did one bulk in my life, it lasted 7 months and was a mixture of different calorical deficits and a mixture of different routines because i kept thinking "man this one has more isolations, oh but man this one has more volume so its gotta work better", so yeah not the best bulk, but not the worst either i guess.

Thing is i'v been noticing my legs more and more, currently i able to squat 300lbs, maybe a bit more if i try, and i'm pretty sure its not any optical illusion of mine that my legs are currently the biggest part of my body, so i'm not sure how to proceed in my next bulk, should i just train legs once per week? Everything else would be twice a week so it should give my body a chance to get more proportional?

Also currently cutting, but as a former obese i have a little bit of loose skin hanging in my lower gut, and because i think i still have a bit of fat to cut, i'll continue my cut untill 13 to 11% (currently 15% according to physical tests) (i'm on a 700 to 600 caloric deficit currently)
