Seems to be proof of frequency being more important than intensity for strenght and hypertrofi.

Some studies suggests fullbody more than 4 times a week. The study claims only pro lifters (dl bw x3, squat bw x2.5 bp bw x2) should be doing splits.
Point being, hitting muscles 3-4+ times a week is better than a split, hitting them 1-2 a week.

My personal plan:
Going to transition into 4-5 fullbody a week, for that i need to higher the frequency of training. I will be doing a push pull split every day, until im used to that.

Stats: 2xplate bench and 3xplate for diddy, only supplementary for skwats since my foot/ankel is wrecked.
