I-I'm gonna do it bruhs
>back squat has been stalling for some time now
>bench and front squat are catching up
>hit bench for 215x3, front squat for 225x3
>front squat at a measly 275x3 (and not for working sets)
It's time for drastic measures. Headed to the gym today to do 10x10 at (at least) 225lbs. Is this a good idea?
