Exactly, I had this happen 3 times. Luckily it's been 4 years since the last "attack", but every time it lasted a week or more and I remember it vividly even now. You're either stuck in nofap mode for a long time or just bear with the pain. I remember the first time, I nearly vomited from the pain and wanted to go to the hospital, but had no insurance and also I'd have to admit to the doctor who has been friends of my parents for like 30 years.
