65 pounds in a little under two years. Started at 6'0 250lb down to my goal weight 185 last night. I thought I would be a lot thinner at this weight but I guess everyone thinks that way starting out. I don't regret it at all though I wish I had started sooner cause the loose skin is a bitch. What are your stats op

Im back to 110 now because of reasons i dont know

started counting calories abouta week ago and it feels bretty good after a long break, i think ill go for till im at 90 kg and see what to do then

started at 250 now down to 180ish over the course of about a year and a half the first 20 pounds took 8 months because I had no idea what I was doing, went from 230 down to where I am now in 11 months.

its just that if you are cutting with 2,5k kcals you cant fit a lot of shit in there, gotta eat good stuff

there is a reason why fit people eat clean food and not just chunk burgers and fill their daily protein with whey

Yea I'm Scooby approved, not even creatine. Most of the time I can't even afford protien powder. I do use preworkout sometimes if I don't get enough sleep though.

Thanks man I'm hoping the loose skin on my chest fills in though, it's my last real insecurity. And I'm a 5'9" manlet took about 2.5-3 years. I did have a little athletic base in the first pic though since I played football.

I don't know that it's huge but I went from 210 to 170 and not back to 180 at 13%. Trying to get to 185 and 13% then cut to 175.

No pump, they were all taken as soon as I woke up, I always look leaner in the morning. Training wise I started on a bro split when I was loseing weight which I regret now since my legs are kind of lagging, I like doing PPLPPLx the most but I'm a junior EE student working 35+ hours a week so now I do upper lower 4 days a week.

I felt incredible, even simple things like being able to walk into any store and buy clothes off the rack can completely change your life. The way people reacted to me completely changed and for the first time in my life I got female attention, lost my virginity, fucked an asian, spanish and finnish girl.

That was about 6 years ago, I'm now pushing 400lbs. I am that failure you read about. At least I got to realise my dreams for a short while

its a bit daunting at first but once you start it isnt so bad. time flies by really fast.

think about this, it helped me clean up my diet a bit. can you remember what you ate for dinner last week? can you remember what you had for breakfast a month ago? you dont remember most of your meals and as a fatass you look at buying junk food as this fun event, but a few days later, sometimes the next day, you forget it. you probably forget about the vast majority of the meals you eat. why not make them into something thats actually going to benefit you weeks, months, and years down the line?

also with some basic food prep skills and finding things you actually enjoy eating, eating great healthy meals gets easy as fuck. i look forward to eating my dinner every night because its usually delicious.

It would take too long. I do a ton of volume, my workouts already take 2-3 hours and I have time before class 4 days a week so it's perfect. I do agree that full body is technically better, but in the end do what you enjoy. The guy doing a brosplit for 4 years is gonna look better than the guy who does full body for 6 months then gives up. Consistency is more important than efficiency.

Generally, people say in the later stages of ICF 5x5 that it takes them 2 to 3 hours.
That routine is very high volume and has quite high intensity (5x5)

I just decided enough was enough and joined a gym. I was so determined, I went 4 times a week for 1.5 years and don't think I ever missed a day. I also became super strict with my diet and only ate 3 weight watchers meals a day and nothing else. Did about 1h20m of cardio each time I went and for the last few months I started fucking around with weights

Then i moved to USA for 2 years and that's when everything fell apart. I lived at a dorm with the most unhealthy food ever and of course it was all you could eat. Put on most of my weight while in usa

If you like using alot of time or have nothing to do in life sure, why not. alot of us have jobs, school friends and family to balance so using an already optimized routine is better than 3 hours doing whatever.

I was fatter than this, this was actually like 2 months into my diet, i think im like 225 in this before, maybe less, but heaviest was 240ish and after was 179(i didnt cut straight to that obviously, there were about 2 cuts and 2 bulks in between).

I started doing pescetarian keto intermittent fasting and i finally broke that plateau. Also running yohimbine and caffeine
