So whenever I deadlift I can only feel my left side of the back working. My erectors are uneven and left side is noticeable bigger... I'm pretty sure this is the reason my squat is fucked up. I rarely do them anymore because it seems all the weight on my right side travels to the knee which makes it fairly uncomfortable and gives me slight knee pain later in the day / next day (due to my uneven erectors?)
I'm thinking this has something to do with me when I was younger, sitting at the computer 8+ hours everyday with fucked up posture. I used to rotate my torso a lot, and sometimes just ended up lying in front of the computer on a coach, with upper body rotating towards the screen.
I'm thinking this has something to do with the pelvis? If anyone here got any tips and tricks up their sleeve I would love to here them. Ty!
