Am I ready fit? What's the point when I should go from beginner routines to intermediate routines. I bench 55kg for 10 reps. Squat 65 kg for 11 reps. Bent over rown 45 kg for 10 reps. Deadlift 80kg for 10 reps. OHP 35kg for 10 reps. I'm 5'9 and 81kg.
