It works, but 50U$ is too much money.

The athleanX channel is great tho. Probably the best fitness channel out there, and he doesn't do blog bullshit. Plus, he's the only one with a huge catalog of videos on injuries.

But yeah 50 is too much.

You don't need to pay $50 for a program. There's plenty of intelligent programs on the net for free, as well as books with great nutrition and training info for much less.
