Hey guys. My current gf is getting kinda chubby and she has asked me to help her lose weight and gain some shape...She always hears me talking about squats and shit so she will try to do that. However we can only train properly one, max two times a week. Plus she is very inactive and lazy. Help /fit/ what do you suggest? Pic sadly unrelated.
