like i said, india is no different than any other developing nation as far as any crime goes, including rape; it's just the stormfront and some of 4chan that sensationalizes these things.

I'm poor but looking to upgrade my GPU for SFV's upcoming release (a game built on UE4). Minimum specs says it needs 'NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 480, GTX 570, GTX 670, or better' but I know devs sometimes overestimate minimum reqs.

Considering I'm shopping on such a budget do you think a GT 740 (GDDR5) would suffice for 720p?
