I have a 660Ti, and was thinking about getting either a 780 (maybe Ti) or a 970. Which do you all think is better? Is there anything else I should look at? I haven't been really focused in hardware for a few years, real life stuff got in the way.

You'll laugh at it, but the reason for the upgrade is wanting to play Fallout 4 with all the settings maxed.
