I have cabled from router > switch > patch panel ports for each of 2 routers that have DHCP disabled and static IP's set

They appear on the routers attached devices and both the routers(AP's) have blinking lights on the switch and on the physical devices.. But nothing can connect to them with or without a static IP address set.. Even if it was no static ip set shouldn't 192.168.0.1 DHCP assign?

Any devices that connect to the AP's just get 'limited connectivity' bs.
