I worked help desk for Novartis a few years ago back when they were still using lotus notes. Whenever notes broke down, which was often, we would have to send complex issues to India. This was almost guaranteed to make a client pissed off and throw our satisfaction scores in the trash because those curry niggers would inevitably make the problem worse and we would have to wait a day for them to reply to the ticket.

One time I sent a ticket about a database restoration and got back the curry niggers resume. FUCKING Indians.

I don't hate them but I have noticed they come in exactly two personalities: really nice, or really an asshole. There's no fucking middle ground whatsoever. Of course I work in a machine shop, so my only dealings with them is when I'm buying gas, or beer. Maybe occasionally at restaurants, though I'm like the only person I know that likes Indian food, so I don't get to go that often.

When I was working for a generic consumer tech support, we had the sales reps and some level 1 techs out sourced in India.
Our rag tag home grown American tech group was out pacing them even though we only had like 8 people on our team and they had 30.
We started putting them out of work so in response, every so often we would get a fake ticket from them. Here is how they usually went:
