Hello /g/

I would like to know if you know if it's possible to create a hotspot on your mobile phone (in my case iphone 5s ios 9.1) and connect to it yourself to simulate a Wlan (because some stuff require wlan per default even though Ive got unlimited mobile data).
I found out it's possible to give a hotspot to a PC and then turn the PC into a hotspot itself and join it with the iPhone to simulate wifi ond the phone.
Now id like to know if you could somehow loop it with just the phone (with a jailbreak?).

Any advice welcome
