Not sure why this fucking happened, but is there a way to combine all the free space together? Trying to set up a dual boot, but the two free space parts are actually 2 separate partitions for some reason.

Back up whatever files you need to and create a recovery disk or USB stick and wipe the drive.

Delete the "Recovery" partition (click the - button), then resize the main one as large as you want it.

If that doesn't work then yes it's fucking pooched and a clean install will end up being the only solution.

Blame Apple and their continued use of HFS+ and the native corruption it comes with.
