>>51033297It is, try using a different monitor for temps, Speccy likes to be wrong. Also, clean the dust, apply new thermal paste, cable manage for better airflow and such. There is zero reason for it to be this hot, I mean check my laptop, it has a really small heat dissipater and it handles this i7 I put in it instead of the i3-3110M like a champ, so if my laptop can do it on a hot day so can your PC.
