Buy 4 more Gb of ram (you can find it for 25-30€)
And a new gpu, i think that Nvidia 750 Ti will be enough (120-140€)

Well it's a bit inferior. And some 750 Ti models don't have pin connectors

Switch to a similar priced AMD FX, they're cheaper for quality and don't use as much power
