Sort of off-topic since i'm setting up the VPN myself.
Hopefully there's a windows admin here.
Trying to set up an IPSec/L2TP VPN on my Server 2012 install.
Have my own cert, tested it working on SSTP natively with windows 7, but when I try L2TP, I get authentication error on windows, mac, android, iPhone..
I've tried user@domain domain\user and user
I've granted the user full access to VPN and dial-in from Active Directory Users & Computers, I've created a group, with the user in it, and NPS VPN policy letting all those connections through.
I've entered the pre-shared key for L2TP, Turned off the firewall to check, i'm doing this inside my own network, so no NAT yet.
Any ideas why it's doing this?
