So I'm sick of Windows 10's bugginess and overall shittyness. This machine NEEDS to be running on Windows, however, as I need to use certain programs.

I wanna know which Windows is the most secure Windows that won't spy on me? Is vanilla 7 fine? Should I opt-out of updates?

Vista with every update does not have telemetry
Windows 7 with custom selected updates is good too, but it takes a day to manually deselect the botnet updates
Windows 7 without updates is shit
