Has anyone ever tried Ricing Windows 7? I'm thinking of trying it but I don't know If It's to actually get it to look good.

If you don't want to rice and instead actually want a better more efficient DE, look into litestep or bb4win.

If you want your desktop to have more clocks than the average cyanogen mod user then by all means go for rainmeter.
