just had to borrow someone's laptop to do some work in windows (for an assignment)

good fucking lord how do winfags stand to use this hardware

>number pad on the keyboard
>keyboard off-center
>keys click when you type
>no backlit keys
>no dedicated keys for volume etc. all fn+fkey
>trackpad off-center
>trackpad is tiny
>trackpad is all but useless in functionality
>laptop is thick and the fan is both constant and loud
>windows
>awful screen resolution
>battery life is a joke

it's an asus. about the only good thing is that the screen pivots easily and sticks.

i know you can get some good windows laptops but they are more expensive than a mac and honestly 99% of windows laptop users i've seen use a cheaper laptop like this. think about that: 100% of the mac ecosystem is quality and 1% of the windows ecosystem is. and /g/ wonders why we look down on you.
