So I want to make a new instagram account but I can't and here's the catch

I went overboard with myself making inappropriate Instagram accounts to the point I couldn't make accounts then started using an online program to make accounts and it ended when I wasn't able to log into instagram on my phone even with other accounts. Is there anything I can do
