>>51032760Its heavy. It does take up room in the case as the one anon mentioned. With 2 standard 25mm thick fans, the cooler almost takes up 6 full slots so not ideal if you're looking for xfire or multi gpu solutions.
I got it because I only run 1 powerfule gpu and want the card to run cool, quiet, even when overclocked. Plus the cooler is compayible with 99% of video cards because it uses the standard 4 bolt pattern with several hole mounts for different cards. Lastly, since it can accept any standard 120mm fan, if a fan ever dies you can just replace it with whatever you want. None of this waiting 3 weeks to get a fan assembly replacement from the company. Paying shipping both ways, RMA bullshit etc.
The pciesl support bracket you see in the pic is pulled from another cooler kit I had laying around. Would highly recommend supporting the card in some way because as I said, the cooler is heavy.
